IF YOU RECEIVED A DAMAGED PACKAGE

We package our items with care and inspect products before shipping. We understand that there is a small chance an item may be damaged between our facility and yours.   

We will replace damaged items and provide return shipping for the damaged item at no cost to you. Please contact us at 630-836-1790.

We will need the following:
1) The item and a description of the damage.
2) Your full name and order number.
3) A photo of the damaged box and item.

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
